Easy Homemade Chia Pudding Recipe That Sets Perfectly Overnight

Chia is packed with protein, fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. It aids in digestion and can be a completely healthy and delicious breakfast or snack depending on how you prepare it!

I never understood the chia pudding craze until I started making it myself and now I am addicted. This is a simple, fast, set-it-and-forget it recipe without any added sweeteners. I hope you love it as much as I do!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ to ¾ cup homemade cashew milk

  • 2 to 4 Tbsp unsweetened greek yogurt

  • small glass jar with airtight lid

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • First add the chia seeds to your jar followed by the milk then the yogurt

  • Stir to combine and let sit for 1-2 minutes

  • Stir a final time making sure to eliminate any clumps

  • Seal jar with lid and place in fridge

  • Enoy the next morning topped with any fruit of your choice

TIPS & NOTES:

  • Use milk of your choice

  • Stir in collagen powder to your milk before adding to the chia seeds for extra protein

  • Add honey if you’re craving something sweet

  • Use any yogurt of your choice or omit altogether

  • Add a Tbsp of nut butter before you add your fruit

  • I love to add lemon zest when using berries

  • I find the dates and the vanilla from the homemade milk add an excellent flavor and enough sweetness to this recipe
