Tired Skin? Try This Simple Nighttime Skincare Plan

It does not have to be complicated to work and most of the time less is more! When it comes to skincare, trust me less is always more.

I learned the hard way and was overdoing it major. You do not need 15 different serums, oils, moisturizers etc... (like I was doing) you just need a few things that work.

Do these simple steps nightly for glowy, even skin and to combat those fine lines:

STEP ONE:
CLEANSE

Start by cleansing with the May Lindstrom pendulum potion. This oil cleanser removes all my make-up and gets my face clean without losing any moisture. It’s great for all skin types. lately i have been loving adding a dollop of the honey mud into my cleanser for a velvety smooth exfoliation. After you cleanse remove with a fresh hot towel. i love these muslin cleansing cloths or these Bamboo cotton rounds and DO NOT pat dry with your hand towel, no need to add bacteria to your fresh face.

STEP TWO:
MASK

2-4 times a week I love to do a mud mask. I zen out at night with the May Lindstrom Problem Solver. This calming mask reduces inflammation, boosts collagen and brightens your skin. Leave it on for 15-30 minutes and hop in the shower to remove, you won’t want to deal with the mess it will leave all over your bathroom! Masking can be done in the morning or evening, whatever works best for your schedule honestly.

STEP THREE:
TREAT

I treat my neck and chest nightly with the true botanicals phyto-retinol vitamin a booster and my face with the mukti vital a elixir. I love mukti because it is mild enough to use on my entire face including my cheeks where my rosacea usually acts up. When I first started to use this elixir i was shocked how quickly i saw results. within 6 days my skin was noticeably more even and my rosacea was SIGNIFICANTLY reduced! I prefer these two products over a synthetic Retinol as Vitamin A is the natural form. Why go with a synthetic when you can achieve the same results using the natural option?

STEP FOUR:
MOISTURIZE

I moisturize nightly with May Lindstrom Blue Cocoon. This is an actual gift from the gods. A deeply rich and moisturizing oil concentrate that is meant to be added to your face when your face and hands are already wet. Add a pea size amount to your palms and start to warm and melt the concentrate. Generously massage it into your face and neck for about 2 minutes. I use this time to either enjoy the connection to myself with my hands or use my PMD Gua Sha (use code tannarae for 30% off site-wide). If you don’t have enough water, you can add a few spritz of May Lindstrom Jasmine Gardens to keep going. Sometimes if my face has dried too much before I get to the Blue Cocoon, I add several spritz of Jasmine Gardens! lastly i apply the true botanicals overnight lip treatment.
